Creating Your Niche & Brand - Part 2

By Simon Clarke If you’re a coach, student coach, business owner or someone with a desire to get into business, take careful note of the powerful tips and development strategies presented within this series and GET READY to make the leap to ultimate success. Aligning your product mix To highlight the importance of knowing your prospective client, you can imagine the success youd have if your target market was adolescent youths from broken families and you promoted your $1,500 monthly coaching service in the Financial Review! Whilst this example is obviously ridiculous and extreme, clients are a fickle bunch and its crucial that your services are tightly aligned with your prospects profile and needs. Most coaches starting out come from the mindset Im going to coach XYZ group. But they give little thought to the specific challenges, needs, desires and nuisances of their target group (niche). And without this information theyre almost doomed to failure. They first develop how theyre going to coach, then try to impose that service onto their target client. This approach does not work! You must be client driven rather than product driven. You should first identify the specific client group you want to work with and then develop services and products that satisfy and fulfil their unique and specific needs. Whats the best way to determine the needs of your target client? Ask them! Interview them; survey them; take them to lunch and pick their brains; hold tele-sessions; talk to industry professionals already dealing with them; go to industry events; read their journals. Asking the hard questions up front is so important to the long term success of your coaching business and your market niche (more on developing that niche soon). Remember that its not enough for you to perceive that someone NEEDS what you have to offer They have to WANT what you have to offer and be motivated to buy it. Focus your attention on client groups who are already looking for the solution that you are going to provide and are willing to invest in that solution. The best way to develop products and services that are in high demand by your target clients is to: - First determine the top 3 most serious and annoying challenges that your proposed target group want to solve. - Determine how regularly they face these problems and the financial and emotional cost to them having these problems recur. - Develop solutions to solve these top 3 challenges/problems. - Package your solutions as service and product based offerings. - Price point your services based on the financial costs your clients incur by not having the problem solved. - Establish yourself as a specialist who can help them solve the challenges/problems they have. If you take this approach, not only will your services be aligned to your client, your clients will actively seek you out to have their costly recurring problems resolved! Filling a gap There is a lot of talk in business, and specifically coaching, about creating a niche. A niche is essentially a group of people with a common problem (or desire) that theyre willing to pay to get solved and are already talking to each other about it. Often beginner coaches balk at establishing a niche as they: - Fear theyll limit the size of their market; - They are scared that they may lose out on opportunities; - Dont have enough knowledge in a specific area to create a niche; - Dont have enough business experience to brand a niche business. However, operating in a niche affords you many benefits including: - Its easier to find your clients as they congregate in a specific location or have a common problem/interest; Because clients in a niche have specific problems, you can develop specific solution based products; - Clients in a niche are generally willing to spend much more to have their unique problems resolved; - Your marketing can be specifically designed for high impact (language, location, etc); - Niche markets tend to communicate amongst themselves and hence your referral business will be much higher; - You can use more effective marketing strategies such as Education Based marketing to attract clients; - Once established, the niche will know how to find you and hence your marketing costs will be dramatically reduced; - You can own a niche and quickly become renowned as an expert or specialist. - You can rely less on time based 1 to 1 coaching and move to 1 to many coaching models; - Over time your marketing and promotional costs will decrease because you are not wasting money trying to attract the attention of clients outside your true niche; - You get more passionate, more excited and more energetic because you are working with clients that are truly aligned with who you are and what you have to offer. When choosing a niche you should consider the following: - Do you have the requisite knowledge and skills to effectively communicate with your prospects? For instance, if you establish a niche coaching high end businesses on growing their profitability and have no experience in this area, you will not be successful. - The niche has unique, specific challenges and/or desires, interests and needs. - You are passionate about helping the niche solve their problems. - You have in-depth knowledge of the most pressing challenges and needs associated with the niche. Only by having this information can you develop products that will be of interest and use to the niche. - The niche is large enough (and financial enough) for you to prosper. - The niche is defined enough to be a niche! Many coaches think theyre operating in a niche but are really operating in a larger market segment. For example, there are many career coaches (market segment) but few career specialists who focus on rekindling the careers of former executives who have been stay at home parents now wishing to re-enter the workforce (defined niche). - You are passionate and committed to working in the area of the niche. - The niche has demonstrated by some means that theyre willing to invest to have their problems solved. IE The problems confronting your prospects in the niche must be large enough that theyre willing to invest to have them solved. You can work in more than one niche; however each niche has separate characteristics so youll need to treat each one as a separate part of your overall coaching business. Obesity Cure Is Not By Lowering Your Daily Calories!

By Charles Neshah Hey, are you aware that you can remain trim while eating twice what someone else who is overweight or even obese consumes? Yes, this fact. Never mind the erroneous belief that daily calories are the deciding factor in whether you are obese or trim. Being either slim or overweight depends on the way your body receives and uses protein, carbohydrates and fat calories. Note that your body will not react to the number of calories you consume in a day as it will react to the quantity of each type of calorie you consume each day. The cause of childhood obesity is not different from adult obesity. An interesting example is that if you eat too much carbohydrate calories then your body won’t be able to use all of the sugar that your carb calories get converted to, and the excess sugar will be stored as fat tissue. This is applicable to other calorie types too. Friend, if you or your child eat many wrong calories you will surely become overweight or even advance into obesity when no matter how much you starve yourself you remain overweight. What many people do not know is that even though their bodies need protein, carbohydrate and fat calories, these three calorie types have to be consumed in equal proportion in every meal to avoid unnecessary weight gain or obesity. One misconception on which the general weight loss programs are based is that fat calories lead to fat while fat free calories produce weight loss. While this may seem logical, the fact is that fat free calories consumed to much will cause weight gain while a fat calorie does not immediately prompt fat in your body. Why waste hundreds of hours online trying to find a good workout when you can find everything right at your fingertips at Weight Loss Sports? And why spend over $500 a month (or more) for different online solutions when Advanced Fat Burning Techniques, a brand new no-starvation diet program for losing 9 Lbs every 11 days is available for you for a fraction of what other diet programs that don’t work charge. weight loss, metabolism, obesity, calories, fat Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Charles_Neshah http://EzineArticles.com/?Obesity-Cure-Is-Not-By-Lowering-Your-Daily-Calories!&id=521330 smart payday loans united cash loans bad debt personal loan hard money loans for commercial properties and working capital

Want To Buy Fossils Wisely

By Claudia Mann When looking to buy fossils to create or add to your collection it is advantageous to have some information about the fossils you want and the dealers you are buying from. Don’t Pay Too Much! You can find fossils at all sorts of gift shops, rock shops, and nature stores. But heres the hitch: BE CAREFUL! The one-of-a-kind nature of fossils sometimes has a price taga BIG price tag! You need to know whether your fossil purveyor is reputable and knowledgeable, but most importantly, YOU need to know if they are overcharging you! A Shopping Trip Brings A Shopping Tip We found ourselves in a jewelry store that sold a very popular and pricey kind of ammonite to be made into jewelry. These ammonites truly are EXPENSIVE! But right alongside the expensive Canadian ammonites, were ammonites from Madagascar. These small ammonites are also very beautiful and uniquebut not worth the $300 price tags that they were sporting. In fact, a fair price for them would have been between $50 and $100. This is not the kind of place to buy fossils. Rule Of Thumb Price Guide When I go into a new fossil shop to buy fossils I start by looking for 2 or three very common fossils, that I am familiar with and have seen for sale in many places. Trilobites, ammonites, orthoceras, and sometimes fossil shark teeth are what I look for. Now there is a great range in quality, size, prices, and rarity for these fossils like any other. What I am hunting are commercial grade, inexpensive, and very common. When I find one or more of these I compare prices with my memory bank of other stores prices for similar specimens. My memory is not what it once was but even I can get a feel for prices on two or three fossils. The rest is easy; the store fits into 1 of 3 categories: They are overpriced, and I wont buy fossils here. The prices are fair. If I see something I really like I may buy it. The prices are great. Ill probably buy fossils here. Remember, When you buy fossils, price alone does not a bargain make. The quality, size, and variety have to be similar to make this rule of thumb work. Interview The Shop Owner That sounds kind of formal doesn’t it. This is really an informal process. Just talk to the owner of the shop. Why are they in this business? Often you will find that they have a geology or palentology background. This is a good sign, though there are lots of good dealers out there with no formal training. A passion for fossils, rocks, or earth science is the key component to a good dealer. How long have they been in business? Do they stand behind their sales and sales claims? The bigger the price tag the more you need to know about your dealer. Some fossil pieces cost thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars. This is a major investment! Do some research. Claudia Mann is a teacher, and a contributor to www.fossils-facts-and-finds.com where you can read more about how to buy fossils at www.fossils-facts-and-finds.com/buy_fossils.html . The Awful Truth About Television: The Zombie Look

By Katherine Westphal TV’s got your attention Once your attention is glued to the screen due to the orientation response, some very strange, but subtle, things start to happen to your brain, when you watch TV. The effects can feel somewhat pleasant and relaxing, at least while the TV is on. Zombie eyes Look closely into the eyes of anyone who is watching TV. Most of the time they have a zombie-like, spaced-out, empty look to them. Unfortunately, there have been very few studies done to examine this phenomenon. The few published studies present a rather frightening picture of what the human brain looks like when it is hooked to a TV. Watching TV may feel relaxing. TV has a remarkable ability to shut out the rest of our crazy world. All the world’s problems vanish as your TV program wraps you in a cozy Never Land; or so it seems. Brain goes into hypnotic state In fact, the brain goes into an alpha brainwave state. This state feels relaxing. Viewers become less alert and more passive. The state is comparable to hypnosis. Surprisingly, the lowered alertness and feelings of passivity do not end after viewers turn the TV off. The culprit for this effect is most likely the cathode ray tubes in the TV monitors, which can produce a flicker that the conscious mind does not detect. According to a Scientific American study, survey participants commonly reflect that television has somehow absorbed or sucked out their energy, leaving them depleted. They say they have more difficulty concentrating after viewing than before. Early experiment showed children passive when watching favorite programs Other studies have linked the passivity to the left side of the brain shutting down. The left brain is primarily responsible for logical analysis and thought. In the Mulholland experiment, 10 children watched their favorite television program, while the researchers monitored their brainwave patterns. The researchers expected that the children would show a preponderance of beta waves. This would indicate that they were involved and responding to their favorite programs. Instead, they stayed in alpha. They just sat back. They stayed almost the whole time in alpha. That meant that while they were watching they were not reacting, not orienting, not focusing, just spaced out, said Dr. Eric Peper. Similarly, in the early 1980s, researchers in Australia found that the left brain “sort of went to sleep” once TV was switched on but the right brain was busy “storing information in its memory bank”. Scandalously, there has been virtually no follow up on these experiments. Researchers could not get funding. Aside from a few early experiments in the US and in the 1970s and early 1980s in Australia, the neurophysiology of watching television is relatively unexplored. Moods are the same or worse after turning TV off Furthermore, researchers found that after they turned off the TV, people’s moods were about the same or worse than before they turned the television on . Television may provide a quick fix for emotional problems, but it lasts only as long as the viewer is watching TV. If viewers are trying to avoid painful feelings, those feelings will return immediately when they turn off the TV. Critical brain functions shut down What these studies show is that the right side of the brain may be dutifully absorbing all the images from your television screen, but the left side, which does critical analysis, is lulled into a stupor by the televisions flicker. This makes analysis of the images difficult. It also makes it difficult to remember exactly what you have been watching. Furthermore, the research suggests that the left side of the brain may remain in a stupor even after the viewer turns the TV off. This has profound implications for watching news and other forms of educational TV. In some ways, it is a form of learning. At best, however, TV learning is comparable to sleep teaching. That may have some use, especially for producers of commercials. However, for subjects that require analysis and careful thought, the TV is virtually useless. It is more effective to read newspapers to learn about world events, than to watch it on a screen. TV causes ADHD symptoms in children Television can be especially damaging to developing minds. A disturbing 2004 study found that watching TV at ages one and three caused attention-related problems at age 7. The attention problems included whether the child had difficulty concentrating, was easily confused, was impulsive, had trouble with obsessions, or was restless. These are symptoms of ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). The researchers speculate that the developing brain may be more vulnerable to the over-stimulation of TV. Both the researchers and the sponsors of the study, The American Academy of Pediatrics, recommend that parents exercise caution in letting their children under the age of 2 years watch any television. This particular study only looked at very young children. However, given the other effects on the brain discussed earlier, especially the effects on concentration, it is likely that the television set is causing attention-related problems in older children and adults. What will be the effects of HDTV? Very little is known about how the new high definition TV’s (HDTVs) will affect brain function. Given that the technology involves staring at a more detailed picture, it is possible that the effects will be the same as regular TVs, but significantly stronger. Viewers will basically be guinea pigs in a giant experiment. Alien Children in Our Midst

By Saundra L. Washington Some families because of the demands made upon them by being the head of households, some because of the price that hard times entails, others caught up in the conflict of these times are being torn asunder. The result is that often and for their protection, children, are forced from all that they know and love, and taken away to live in out of home placements. These children are under tremendous distress and despair and these two forces take there toil on the very entity of their souls. Foster children are engaged in an invisible war just trying to survive, trying to live in an adult world that has abused and hurt them very badly. Whether the child came from the most dilapidate ghetto or the most well kept neighbor, none of them are immune from the horror and terror imposed on them by being removed, and often suddenly, from all that they knew. These experiences have a way of negatively changing childrens outlook on life. For many, life has become dull and meaningless. They suffer from spiritual inertia. I have witnessed children who were paralyzed by destroyed beliefs and shackled by the strong chains of discouragement. Manipulated by the system, bad news, bad relationships, bad experiences, and bad everything; the tension builds up and becomes too great. They become like a rubber band that has been stretched and stretched until it can no longer yield its flexibility. And unless, caring foster parents intervene, they will snap under the load. Foster children are overwhelmed by external problems, difficulties, and grief. Not only are they assaulted externally, but many of our children have fears within. They have not only lost confidence in their families, lost confidence in this world, lost confidence in the system, but far too many have lost confidence in themselves. They hold themselves responsible, are worried, confused and frustrated. A cloud of anxiety floats around in their mental sky. Is it any wonder that many of them grow up maladjusted, become gang members, or exhibit other anti-social behaviors? Many foster children, in their effort to avoid their new reality and to cope with their despair, have built up walls; psychological walls, the invisible walls they create to protect themselves and separate themselves from that which is too painful. I am reminded of Psalm 137 which describes a time of exile for the Hebrew people held prisoners far from home. Judah had been invaded by the superpower Babylon. They had been crushed under siege and their beloved Jerusalem had been destroyed. The surviving Judean people had been taken by force to the homeland of the victorious Babylonian army. In Babylon, the children of Israel were forced to sing hymns and religious songs in their strange language. But overcome by their losses, they asked, How shall we sing the Lords song in a foreign land? The same can be said for foster children. Foster children are a band of exiles; like the children of Israel, they are forced from everything they were familiar with and placed in an environment that is as strange as a foreign land. They sleep in strange beds, live in a strange house with people they do not know. With so much of what was once known being supplanted by the unknown, foster children, in a very real sense, find themselves aliens in a strange land and overcome by their losses, wonder how they can sing in a foreign land. Foster children are far from home, their very lives at risk with no clear end in sight. They wait and watch not knowing what to hope for or whether they should even hope at all. Anthony Storr in The World of Children wrote, How ignominious it is to be a child; to be so small that you can be picked up, and moved about at the whim of others, to be fed or not to be fed, to be cleaned or to be left dirty, made happy or left to cry. It is surely so ultimate an indignity that it is not surprising that some of us [foster children] never fully recover from it. Foster Parents DO make a difference! Massachusetts Divorce Lawyers

By Steve Valentino Divorce can be mentally taxing even without the additional legal hassles that follow. Divorces cases are heard in the Probate and Family courts in Massachusetts. There is a special court in every county in the state, and the case has to be filed only in the county where the petitioner is residing. While seeking a divorce or a separate support, f a complaint for Divorce or Complaint for Separate Support has to be filed with the court. This complaint is the application for divorce. Massachusettss courts take a case if both parties lived together as husband and wife in Massachusetts, and if the cause of action for divorce occurred in Massachusetts. They also will consider taking the case if the cause of action occurred while one of the parties was in Massachusetts. Another condition is that the moving party lived in the state at least one year before the divorce action occurred. There are two categories of divorces: contested and non-contested. The commonwealth of Massachusetts grants a divorce on three grounds: irretrievable breakdown of the marriage, cruel and abusive treatment and non-support. Utter desertion for at least one year, adultery, impotency, gross and confirmed habits of intoxication by liquor or drugs, prison sentence for five years or more are some other reasons. A Massachusetts divorce lawyer makes the entire process easier for you. A good lawyer will first suggest steps to save the marriage- either counseling or other. The lawyer assists you in meeting requirements for your children, and will help you tackle hassles relating to support, personal property settlements or real estate. You should be well aware of your rights and responsibilities as given by the family and probate court. A lawyer will assist you right from preparing the divorce complaint to the settlement. A Massachusetts divorce lawyer will help in obtaining temporary custody of (minor) children; obtaining a temporary restraining order that orders your spouse not to impose any restraint on the petitioners personal liberty; obtaining an order for the spouse to vacate the house; obtaining temporary support for both the petitioner as well as the minor children; getting a wage assignment on the spouses pay to ensure support payment; and help obtain visitation rights to the spouse to whom the custody of the children is not given. The lawyer can help build an effective case by bringing in witnesses whenever necessary. Massachusetts Lawyers provides detailed information on Massachusetts Lawyers, Massachusetts Real Estate Lawyers, Massachusetts Divorce Lawyers, Massachusetts Personal Injury Lawyers and more. Exercise and Weight Loss for Life - The Magic Formula Doctor’s DON’T Want You to Know!

By Greg Ryan In twenty years of consistant exercising, maintaining a low percentage of body fat and working with thousands of successful stories in weight loss, here are three of the best attitudes to use for a weight loss and exercise program for the rest of your life. ATTITUDE #1: ITS NOT ABOUT THE NUMBERS! The health clubs are always racking their brains trying to figure out why they have such a hard time keeping members coming back. Most owners would argue that cash flow and profit margins are the most important reason to retain membership. Yes, but what drives customers to these health clubs? These owners have lost touch with what matters most, the customer! Give the customer more than they expect and they will continue to do business with you. Selling a product or service is about people more so than numbers on a spreadsheet. SINK HOLES VS. POTHOLES I want you to think of this principle in your workout. You know it is very easy to get burdened down with all the details of an exercise and diet program. While guidelines are necessary, at times focusing too much on the numbers can and will set you up for failure. You may start to think all this counting calories, reps, and keeping track of heart rates are too much to accomplish. Unexpectedly, you start to lose sight of your goals and it becomes more of a job than a hobby or stress release. You may even quit exercising. This can be an immediate sinkhole for you. It would be unrealistic to think you are not going to have some tough days. Its hard getting in shape. It takes determination and discipline. More importantly, it takes looking over those down days to the end goal. Do not get too worked up about hitting all the numbers on the charts all the time. ATTITUDE #2: ITS BEING SOLD OUT! The only way you will follow through on an exercise program is to be sold out. The military calls them lifers. These are people who are committed to something for the long haul. Are you a lifer? Could you be a lifer? A lifer has a sold out mindset. He or she realizes that there will be potholes to go through; there may even be a sinkhole up ahead, but they get through it or they go around the situation. It may take support from others, but it gets done. You may not be a lifer today, but you could be if you dont make changes now! DECISION MAKING I was named Mr. Michigan in the statewide bodybuilding contest in 1988. When I competed in bodybuilding contests, it took me a good month to decide if I really wanted to go for that particular goal. The decision process was well thought out. I realized the days ahead would bring doubt, frustration, pain, and at times, humility. There is a sense of relief that comes with making a decision. Perhaps because once that decision is made, all the pressure is off. BEING SOLD OUT IS AN ATTITUDE OF THE HEART! PERSEVERANCE Having a sold out attitude helps you persevere through some of the down times. There were a lot of times I just wanted to quit. But I always remembered that I had made a decision to stay in it for the long haul. My workouts did not have to be perfect all the time, as long as I kept moving forward. I just had to persevere, no matter what! So I did. SELF- MOTIVATION A small part of all of us needs to be self- motivated. You cannot do it alone. You will always need a good support system; however, somewhere inside a little self- motivation needs to be smoldering to keep the fire going. SELF DISCIPLINED Having self-discipline is different than being self-motivated. You can be motivated, but not disciplined. However, you cannot be disciplined without being motivated. No one will or can exercise for you. Nor can they tell you what to eat for the rest of your life. Being self-disciplined requires you to consistently keep the main goal in mind. ATTITUDE #3: ITS THE BIG PICTURE Each of you is different. You will put into exercise a certain amount of effort and everyone will get something different from it. You cannot just package good intentions and say, If you do this or if you buy that, you will receive this in return. It just doesnt work that way. In a nut shell: While guidelines are needed, try not to get bogged down with the details. Make a decision to make exercise and eating right a priority in your life, even if it is not up to your expectations. Exercise and better eating will give back a very fulfilling life. But you have to keep your eye on the ball. Speed bumps and potholes will always be there in season. The process of avoiding them can be a lot more fun than you can imagine. Is it Really Teak Wood? Caveat Emptor! (Part Two)

By Michael Ochoa This article contains a plethora of information and would be difficult to take in all at once. For that reason, I have broken this article into two parts. Caveat Emptor is Latin for Let the buyer beware. We all want to pay as little as possible for the most product we can buy. The challenge we have is to pay enough attention to what it is we are actually purchasing so as not to become let down later when we find out we did not really get what we thought we would be getting. When it comes to outdoor furniture, Teak wood is still the standard that all other woods are compared to. Because it is in such high demand, consumers want to purchase this best quality product or something even better, for less money. If marketers can help the buyer to perceive they are getting something better for less money the buyer tends to jump on it. And therein lies the problem: Perception. There is outdoor wood furniture being advertised as teak like, better than teak, or stronger than teak for a fraction of the cost. When you look further into the advertisement, you find the product to be made of woods like Shorea or Eucalyptus. But is this wood as good as or better than teak? Does this wood weather the elements year in and year out like Teak? Do you do very little to maintain it like you do Teak? It sure sounds like it could be dont it? Shorea wood. Here is how Wikipedia defines Shorea wood: Shorea is a genus of 360 species of mainly rainforest trees in the family Dipterocarpaceae. They are native to Southeast Asia, from Northern India to Malesia, Indonesia and the Philippines. There are marketers that are marketing Shorea wood as being closely related cousins to Teak. Teak is Tectona Grandis: It is a genus of tropical hardwood trees in the family Verbenaceae. To say they are closely related is kind of like saying all spruces are evergreens but not all evergreens are spruces. It doesnt make sense. And because there are more than 360 species of trees that make up Shorea, some being good and some being not so good, which type are you really getting that good deal on? Here are some common names being used by marketers to be like Teak, but are really Shorea: Balau. This is a heavy hardwood. It comes from up to 15 different species of Shorea genus. Almon. Also known as white luan. This wood comes from up to 5 different species of Shorea genus. White Meranti. This is a light hardwood. It comes from up to 8 different species of Shorea genus. Dark Red Meranti. This is also a light hardwood. It comes from up to 11 different species of Shorea genus. Yellow Meranti. This is also a light hardwood. It comes from up to 5 different species of Shorea genus. We can go on and on. After all, there are up to 360 different species of Shorea genus to go through. These are beautiful woods that can be used for indoor furniture as well as decorative artifacts, doors, drawers, joints and even outdoor furniture. But let us not be confused: they are not Teak wood. And the fact that marketers are trying to pass them off as Teak tells us squarely: Teak is still the best. Teak is still the wood that all others try to compare to. Eucalyptus Genus. There are over 300 species of Eucalyptus genus. This is a very fine wood that has been put to many good uses through the years from windbreaks, to fuel, to building supplies, to food sources in some countries. It is cautioned that this wood needs to be seasoned properly prior to manufacturing otherwise it will split, crack and chip. Since it holds such a heavy volume of water in order to sustain its very fast growth, it is reported to shrink as much as 34% when kiln dried. In doing research on Eucalyptus, here is what one company had to say: When finished with a high quality penetrating oil, mixed with the stain of your choice, Eucalyptus takes on a teak-like appearance. To maintain a new look, the buyer will need to occasionally clean and reseal the furniture. This furniture can be painted as well. Teak once again is being used as the standard. When you are shopping for outdoor furniture this year, make sure you know what type of wood it is that you are purchasing. Dont be fooled. Read the fine print. Thinking your purchase is Teak wood because you want the beauty of Teak, the ability for your furniture to weather the elements including termites, beetles, fungus, and wood rot, you could be sorely disappointed. In order to maintain sales volume, manufactures and marketers are offering alternative wood outdoor furniture to the consumers as prices for Teak are steep and supply is limited. Although these listed woods look beautiful and may hold up for a short period of time, they do not have the staying power of Teak wood outdoor furniture. Knowledge is power.
